PARTY/CONFERENCE ROOM RENTAL POLICY

Cascade Mini Golf has a Party/Conference Room inside and a Covered Picnic Area outside and they are both available for functions such as Birthday Parties, Conferences, and Meetings.

All events must be scheduled in advance and a deposit of $25.00 must be paid.

PRICES:

$45.00 Minimum for the first three hours. $10.00 per hour for each additional hour.

$3.00 per person per round for golf. (Usually 2 Rounds)

Pizza, drinks and other food items will be charged separately. Said food items to be provided by Yelm City Market at current menu prices. Set up items such as paper plates, cups and plastic flatware will be provided at no extra charge.


(Typical price for a three-hour party for 12 persons with pizza, drinks and two (2) rounds of golf comes to approximately $150.00 including sales tax)


Birthday and Special Occasion Parties are welcome. For Birthday Parties, just bring the kids and the cake and we will provide everything else to have a great party. For inclement weather, parties will be held inside. During the Summer (weather permitting) all parties will be held outside in the picnic area under a canopy. Parents may bring a Birthday Cake or Cupcakes. Party area has limited decorations in place at all times. Feel free to bring your own decorations as you so desire.


NO SMOKING OR CONSUMPTION OF ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES WILL BE PERMITTED IN THE CLUBHOUSE OR ON THE GOLF COURSE.
